STOPCOR Liquid is a cathodic protection method utilizing zinc in liquid form, suitable for applications in cooling – heating closed circuits such as:

• Central heating systems
• Cooling installations
• Solar water heaters
• Internal combustion engines

It contains zinc in chloride form at 30% weight proportion which runs in parallel with the cold – heated water, offering sacrificial mass directly on the differences of galvanic element being formed within the installations. In this way we neutralize the electrolytic phenomena causing electrochemical corrosions within the installations.

INSTRUCTIONS
In closed circuit liquid systems the threshold proportion required is 2,5% of the liquid content providing a two year protection.
In internal combustion engines of any kind the required amount is 2,5 gr per hp, providing a one year protection. Adding more quantity is not harmful, but it can also extend the provided protection.
